Nurture to Thrive Business Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form the basis of the sessions and website.  Please read them carefully as they contain important information. Once read, sign, and return to hello@nurturetothrive.co.uk

The contract & payment terms between us

50% of the invoice payment must be paid 7 days from invoice date and the final invoice for the remaining 50% to be paid after the third session for the services that you receive. Payment of the price for the services represents an offer on your part to purchase the services. If it is not possible to obtain the payment for the services from you, then we can refuse to continue with the sessions and/or suspend any further services. This does not affect any other rights we may have. All payments to be made via Bank transfer or BACS.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that circumstances can change and sometimes it is necessary to cancel a session. To ensure a fair and respectful process for both parties I have established the following cancellation Terms.

Cancellation Period: - You are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for this session to be rescheduled. The date and time will be decided by the provider depending on availability. Cancellation must be communicated through email or phone, and you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation from us. If you provide the required 24 hours’ notice you will be eligible to reschedule your session without incurring any additional charges or the session being lost.

Late cancellation:- If your cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in no refund or reschedule of appointment.

*Sickness bugs: - If your child, or anyone in your home/family has suffered from a sickness bug or tummy upset, they must be 48 hours clear of last incident before their next session. This is due to Nurture to Thrive working with vulnerable children and family members.

Special Cases: - In some cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances we may consider rescheduling an appointment if it is cancelled later than the 24-hour notice period. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation qualifies for this exception.

Additional Charges:

I travel up to 10 miles each way (20 miles total) free of charge, anything over this will be charged at 40p per mile.

Cancellation by Nurture to Thrive: - If Nurture to Thrive cancel your session, then this session will be rescheduled, date and availability to be set by the provider.

Changes to the Policy: - We reserve to right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you through email or message.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above cancellation policy.

Thank you for choosing Nurture to Thrive, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
